In the new edition of this study, COMING SOON, 10Next will be launching a NEXT Generation study with partners to study what has changed with the senior consumer, including what is new and important for them as they plan for their retirement. In addition to updated Boomer information (leading and trailing edge), for the first time ever we will be adding three more generations to our research to study their impact on senior living and Active Adult communities – Gen X (early 40s to late 50s) plus the generations that make up a large part of the retirement community workforce – Millennials (late 20s to early 40s) and Gen Z (leading edge is mid-20s).
